Ok, this is my case.I bought a GC from a forumer.

But when i received the card, 1 one the blade of the heatsink fan already broken.

i ask for refund from the seller, but he refuse and say that item that spoiled during

shipping is not seller responsible.

So i need opinion from all the forumer here on this issue, tq.

sorry, i should clarify this, the original purchased date from shop is 3 months++(DEC 2007).
i only bought the card from the seller on wednesday.
