Just call up their customer consultant and tell them you want to upgrade. The change may take up to 24 hours to take effect. Mine was almost instant. I also confirmed with Maxis that we can upgrade and downgrade at any time during the service tenure even after the promotion period.

Billing will be pro-rated and charge according depending on which day of the month you make the upgrade/downgrade. Upgrade and downgrade options are 1.5/3/6GB. 12GB not included.

maxis the most suck ever.....last month got duno what extra and extra charges double up my normal bill charges...total suck maxis

but the FOC modem they mentioned actually is based on 'rental', user pay for it actually for rent it but not own it. so it cant call as FOC.

the jackpot question is: how many stay up until 2-3am just to use broadband? 

average usage time is 8am-->11pm. 11pm-->8am are those "hantu malam"
