I called Maxis SC, and they told me that for the old plan, which mine is Power Plan RM99 with wireless modem, "IS NOT AFFECTED BY THE NEW POLICY"... i double confirm it with him again... He seriously say that the new policy is for the new subscriber...
Who to believe now???
Those who terminate it, pls can tell me which other broadband is better in term of speed and value... TQ

limitation : Shared ip like celcom. coverage also... have to wait umobile announce their data roaming with digi later. no idea when

Q25: What will happen to customers who subscribe to the Starter, Advance, Power, Power Mobile and Power WiFi packages when their monthly volume quota has been depleted?

Answer: Their speed of service will be throttled. They will not be able to top up their volume quota but they may upgrade their package to enjoy better surfing speeds by calling 1800 82 2000.

Just updates to my question, seems need not any bandwidth purchase

Package : Maxis Broadband Youth Package (RM48)
Quota : 2GB
Quota used : 2.1GB (overlimit)
Avg Speed Before Cap: 1.5 mbps +/- @ Equine Park
Speed : capped @ 128kbps +/- after usage of 2.1GB
Condition : still can surf any web no problem.
Next Bandwidth Quota Reset : 2 weeks left.

Most of the wireless broadband from our local telco uses HuaWei USB modem product. Different telco, different model.

aku juga mengalami problem yang sama ,aku sign up utk bb ni hujung tahun lepas, staff maxis kata data dya unlimited, aku hanya perlu bayar 48 ringgit sebulan, tetapi start minggu lepas aku kena block ngan maxis, bila aku bukak internet ja x kira website apa pun dya kuar maxis bb quota reached!! aku telefon maxis centre , dyowank kata skrg mxs x dk unlimited dah utk bb, skrg semua limited! aku cuba beli xtra gig yg free. alhamdunillah boleh guna tp aku nk tukar ke streamyx, sapa boleh terangkan kat aku x? knp streamyx combo 4mbps 160 dan streamyx 4mbps besa 238?? sapa2 boleh jelaskan kat aku?

well speed mxs mmg bagus untuk aku , tetapi sebab dya limited yang buat semua orang benci maxis! aku punya speedtest maxis bb 4mbps, tp upload 0.3 ja. aku puas hati la dgn kelajuan dya , cuma jangka hayat keggunaan dya yg aku benci!!!

combo 4mbps is worth RM160 only. if you already have a phone line and want to register streamyx separately (2 diff bills), then you pay RM268 p/mth. PM me if you need more info and if you're serious in getting the RM160 package.

yupp.. coz i almost reached 20GB already this month.. nothing happened..
the speed cap also hardly cant be notice..
so youth club brdbnd really a great choice for now..

E1762 isn't that good, it can't even read other sim cards ==
Take E220 instead of that, cause E220 can read all sime cards.

Yg youth package pn ada certain limit. Tp speed throttle jd slow je lps sampai limit.
