I am interested in Ken 3 for own stay.
Are the units mostly owner occupied or rented out?
How's the maintenance and upkeep of the condo?
How's the environment particularly the surroundings as it's "sandwiched" by two low cost flats? Is it noisy?
From what I can see, the flats look ok but any idea about the tenants' profile of the flats?

Please share your experience if you are staying here or have stayed before.

Where did u hear about these leaks? Are u saying all the Ken condos from 1,2 and 3 have these problems?
