ooops.. i forgot to update i found my solution...
not wi-fi >< it was because i was plugged into itunes..
Added on September 29, 2008, 12:09 amanyway guys.. pardon me for asking this question as i have only performed update once (1.1.4 -> 2.1 ).
When lets say firmware 2.2 comes out.. n i wanna upgrade.. i know 3rd party softwares from cydia/installer cannot be kept.. but what about softwares from appstore? can those be kept ?

beejive came out today. very highly recomended. smooth interface and all. the only downlside is no picture and voice sending like palringo. pretty pricey too
