why i cannot download from realtek? after click the link then accept then next then prompt object moved to here. then i click here nothing happen download not start please help

ok thanks. latest driver can adjust bass and treble manually? i cannot find that in my current realtek HD audio manager. just only equalizer adjust only. dun like heavy bass feel so noisy.
