He recovered without anyone overtaking him...it was on a red flag or something...and he didn't do a trulli by running off to the side, taking back positions and accused someone else of slowing down to give way...
LEWIS ROBBED AGAIN!!!!

6th become 7th is because they take the lap before the red flag was signal. i think there is ntg wrong here.
I think lewis get up to 5th position after the red flag was signaled.

i seriously doubt FIA will ban mclaren as a team for the whole season. Even to ban Hamillton for the season is kinda unthinkable. Too much money and too much viewership is at stake.
Probably they'll be slapped with a fine which the team will pay, and the whole incident will be forgotten soon enough. F1 has turned into a mean world of politics since bernie took over.

Conterversy aside, for a guy the people say can't drive a bad car, Lewis now twice drove a good race. And looking at lap times, I can see why. I don't see any other driver in these two grand prix other than Button that can match Lewis in getting consistent time, lap after lap after lap. And I think that was what made the difference on how he can seem to bring the car up the field. And right now, under pressure he drove with a calm head. Remember his duel with Webber in Sepang. He kept the car on the island and can keep the much faster Webber at bay.

where do u check each driver's lap time? Added on April 9, 2009, 5:13 pmQUOTE McLaren's chance of retaining Lewis Hamilton could rest on the outcome of their April 29th WMSC hearing as Merc boss Norbert Haug says the Brit was and is still considering quitting.
Reports emerged in Malaysia on Sunday, a day after Hamilton apologised to his team and his fans for 'deliberately misleading' the Australian race stewards, that the 24-year-old could walk away from McLaren - and even Formula One.
Team boss Martin Whitmarsh denied these claims but couldn't stop the rumours with the British media claiming earlier this week that Hamilton's father and manager Anthony was considering advising his son to leave the team for one that is 'less prone to shooting themselves in the foot.'
And now, in the wake of the FIA's decision to haul McLaren before the World Motor Sport Council to answer charged adhering to that Australian GP stewards hearing, someone at McLaren has finally admitted that 'yes, Hamilton could leave.'
"Lewis had a very hard time from Thursday until Sunday in Malaysia - and this demonstrates that he is an honest person," Mercedes motorsport boss Norbert Haug told the Bild.
"The topic (of quitting) is very close to him and it remains very close to him. When such a thing happens all possible thoughts go through a person's head."
Haug, though, did not go into details about whether it was just McLaren that the defending World Champ would walk away from or if he was thinking of leaving F1 entirely. This post has been edited by cristiano7mu: Apr 9 2009, 05:13 PM
