i'm a 3.6 usb modem user as well. i called them up and they told me that they'll reset my ip address, then they asked my to clear my cache and unplug my modem for 15 minutes. my speed :
somehow it seems to work for now, im getting 1.1-1.3mbps now.
u could try unplugging for 15 mins and clearing ur cache...see if it works
