i hate maxis bb..
alwes dc when i'm in the middle of works..
called the stupid customers service care..
telling u the same thing..
off n on the modem..blabla bla

ask them y i get slow connection..
"probably is ur area problem.. or u placed it far from window"
wah.. my modem is just next to the window..

last year duno y the stupid ZTE suddenly out of function..
i duno wats wrong n called the customer service care to send me technician..
u knw wat? the technician only drop by my house after 3 weeks..
the whole month is just wasted like tat...
after change the modem.. is back to normal..
but i got a extreamly slow speed..
i e-mail them ..
complain abt the speed..
i'm taking the basic package..but the speed is only like 60kb/s..
after 2 weeks , i only got the call from maxis...
ask them y i got the slow speed..
again the same answer they tell me..
but i just directly said tat i oredi do according to all the stupid instructions they taught me..so the operator can only just shut up..

cant wait to terminate this suckssss maxis bb service..
another 6 months to go..

yeah.. downloaders were damn suffering this 2 weeks..
my xunlei is totally cant move..
i feel like wanna break the modem wif hammer!!

hi.. a question to ask..
maxis blocked all the ports?
not only p2p traffic?(last time i still can use xunlei in daytime)
our speed slow bcoz they blocked all the ports?
what's the point they blocked all the ports?
then our connection became that sucks?
