To those who just subscribe the maxshit narrowband,

I myself also a victim of the stupid service, I took up the power package on the 19 April 2008 but the speed is powerless. Most of the time is less then 300kbps.

Luckily I manage to do a safe termination without any penalty of 18 months payment as advised by the customer service personal from maxshit narrowband and hopefully to get back my activation fee of RM 100 within 1-2 months.

You must make sure you have made a few reports on the bad service. Express your disappointment and then ask for safe termination. The customer service personal will advice you to return the full set to nearest MAXIS Center only and ask for the safe termination. You can only do so if you activate your line for less then 7 days (Cooling period). So save yourself before it is too late.
