You are invited to lodge a complaint if you have a problem with any of the services provided by Maxis Berhad. Please e-mail your complaint directly to me at darshan@nccc.org.my. Alternatively you may also write in or call us at 03-78779000. We consumers demand better service from Maxis and your contribution in forwarding information to us is vital in ensuring that our voice is heard at top level.

Mr. Darshan from NCCC just call me, he received your email. He is now hoping more and more people ca email him about maxis complaints.
Byfreezer, will that be possible for you to put up a sample format that you did for your complaint? because according to him , your complaint is very details and that is that kind of information he will need when dealing with maxis.

Dear Friends,
NCCC is only open from monday to friday, saturday and sunday is no working days. I think they will respone to you once they back to office.

Dear Friends,
Mr. Dashan from NCCC just called. He wants to inform to all the maxis broadband subscriber that would like to terminate their service , CAN do so now WITHOUT any penalty. If you face any problem when you terminate the broadband service please email him at darshan@nccc.org.my

Hi All,
Can anyone that get any response by email or telephone regarding this after lodged the complaints email to mr. darshan so that he could know and further follow up. This is because whoever that email him, he is forwarding directly to MMC and maxis, and he would like to know the further updates on it, so that he could follow up also.
