The english dub is ok, not bad. But i still wish there's a japs dub + eng sub option... originality! sad.gif

Honestly, ToV english voice isnt that bad afterall, at least it is not as bland as FFXII, which i think is far worse.

Im a newbie to "tales" series... puzzled bout lots of things... already be prepared to play this 3-4 times *faint*

The MAIN question: is there anything miss-able? Especially gears and skills.

Skill is auto-learned , and its all depends on you to execute it . Item wise , I think its pretty easy to synthesize and maps are not big to explore .

BTW , Im buying the soundtrack for sure !

I don't think so... i got some skills and items via side quests, so they are definitely miss-able... Even artes are are obtained via usage of other artes also difficult, some need 100 uses of one arte, some need 300 uses of two artes, uh, i definitely have to play more than 2 times to get total completion...

Oh and actually i like the english theme song more than japs!

I messed up skill and artes before this . So yeah , as skill is learned from weapon , its definitely miss-able I guess .

I am trying to dig more info about the gameplay too , as Im Tales newbie also . Otherwise I think Im progressing fine , mobs are quite easy and bosses though are challenging , but manageable .

I feel like getting the damn official guide book also...

Oh and i think i over-leveled my chars also (usual jrpg bad habit tongue.gif ), mobs are easy, even bosses are easy IF NOT trying to score the secret mission...

Is a very easy game to level up your characters..

mostly all the boss are easy, and if you really stuck in a boss fight, just set your difficulty to easy.

and your are done laugh.gif

I'm trying to get Zagi 3 Fights to get the secret mission, darn hard, cause I'll kill him first instead of unlocking that sercet mission sweat.gif

judging from the forum and game boards - the official guide is not complete...some of the more important quest/skills etc have been left out from the guide.

I actually tried "hard" at the begining and got pwned real hard, so never bother again... I'll play @ hard on the next playthru, where i can concentrate killing mobs/bosses, instead of all those distractions like secret missions, combo count, grade etc etc tongue.gif

Shit this game really affects my sleep time...

Thanks DjiNn... received the game today and finally able to enjoy a nice JRPG after for so long time rclxm9.gif

I just played a little a while, gameplay pretty interesting as this would be my first Tales series, graphic is nice like anime come to life. Story not sure since still early and the English dub was fine.
