Use lowest multiplier.. Then slowly increase FSB using windows overclock tool.. That is to find highest FSB..

PSU also affect FSB.. If use low wattage PSU.. Can't get high FSB..

Previously i use AMD .. 300w true power only get 360HTT.. 400w true power get 390HTT.. 30HTT different already can get 300Mhz..

That is normal lar bro .. Each multiplier can't do the same FSB but not much different la.. Maybe 5~10 FSB only..

1.3856v in BIOS selection, BIOS reads 1.376v and CPU-Z reads 1.376~1.392v to get stable 333x9 3Ghz

A food for thought from a world class ocer i know. Everyone here who has a E2 series proc, please run a SP32M and see who has the best times. And i know, that SP32M can be buggy, so please do 2 runs at least and get the most consistent result of all. And post it up at the designated thread. This would be good to classify who is the best tweaker of their procs and ram

if you look back, check on bryans post on NB dividers.. so u might have to give some Vmch pump and a higher Vcore.
ur default Mult - 9
now if you wanna pump at 6* then u would have to consider 9/6 = 1.5 and multiply this to your FSB, 400*1.5 = 600Mhz, this explains why if u put 400*6 manually, u cant, coz u will need Vcore sufficient to pump for 600Mhz, which is impossible.
For 8* multiplier, the ratio would be 9/8 = 1.125, so if u want to run 400*8 on your proc (e2160 with 9*) u would need Vcore that can run 400*1.125 = 450Mhz.. which probably needs about 1.5V and a Vmch of 1.33V

Try 1.5V on Vcore and 1.33V on NB for 400*8

try 4:5 divider if ur ram capable for ddr1000 cl4
