I'm one of the trainers at the Knowledge & Learning Centre. I'm glad you guys find it fun to come for training.
Yes work can be crazy and sometimes even unreasonable, but lets face it... work never really goes the way you want it to.

Every job in every organisation, be it local banks, foreign banks, or companies in other industries, each of them will have their own problems. They might pay you well, but they might have a lot of internal problems. You might have good colleagues, but a crappy boss. You might have a good immediate boss, but a lousy director. You might have easy work to do, but you might have office politics to deal with. You can escape. It's all about tolerance, and knowing what you can cope with. But rest assured, wherever you go, there will be problems.

I'm sorry some of you had very bad experiences, and yes I know how life at the branches can be sometimes. So do come for courses and relax. I'm sure you guys know you deserve it. Push for your 3 day mandatory training compliance and don't let them cancel your courses if you can help it.

Here's an additional tip, get your CA/Head to sign you up for Management Development courses (MDM) if you'd like a break from work and studying boring text books.
