Just create a new profile. I have updated my firmware so the software is already different - but core settings should still be the same.

Huawei E220? Well just create a new connection and follow the step mentioned above. Then click apply.

P/S: you can try changing your APN to celcom APN also if the speed sucks, sometimes it works and can dl faster. I have 2 profiles now.

since my uncle work at umobile i dont know the rate n T&C n what i know is umobile berukban is sosososlow..i think in kl maxis is good(up to 100+ kbps download wif IDM) at penchala area &
at my kg(kota tinggi johor) celcom is good(use K850 as a modem)
maxis no coverage at "ulu" kg area hehehe...

U Mobile is really patience testing as you approach the evening. At night can be a bit impossible to surf now, though HTTP downloads for some reason are blazing fast.

Today walk in Time square subscribe uMobile bb becoz the suicom 68 bb speed was really slow. What suprising me was that front counter told me that sign up for uMobile bb was temprorary unavailable will be resume service problaby to wait till next month.. i was wondering what was going on ??? never heard that registering for broadband is out !! anyone can give the reason why:( ...

Careful about this plan. If you noticed under Clause 1 - you can have this as an add-on to your existing call plan. It means if you already using the U38 plan then it will be RM38 + RM58 per month. If you want to enjoy the RM58 pricing you have to abandon your existing number and reregister your new number.


I called them up and they told me this. It is a bit of a con job if you ask me.

I registered for the RM 58 data plan and was not forced to subscribe to U 38...

This morning U Mobiel cannot surf at all. Called them up they say problem with 3G network...
