i'm getting really fedup with my billing problem from umobile. they keep barring my line and saying i owe them this amount that amount but infact i dont owe them. last sms received saying i owe them rm306. they admit is their system problem but it happens every month since my promo package ended. what to do? close account and re-open another to settle once and for all? no doubt umobile connection and speed is good but this billing problem that auto bars my account is really making me jump ship to maxis.

They have been giving me the same explanation... billing error. last month had a call from credit dept asking me to pay outstanding of rm5!! and i paid, then next month outstanding become rm306. what the hell?? then last week bar my line. called up they said actual outstanding rm100+ but no bill came to me yet. so unbar.. now waiting again for their stupid auto bar again. shud be sometime soon...
