I read on the internet about the 5 minutes install time for the game. Dunno whether we should celebrate or frown.

It's only 5 minutes man, just do some finger warm-ups before the big thing. Then immerse yourself in the first GTA in full hi-def...

ya.. agree.. i rather wait for 5-10 minutes instead of lagging in the middle of storyline gameplay..

I just booked a copy. So at least it will be a guaranteed copy to reach me haha

I don't mind all the games have installation and the time it takes. It will only take once anyway. Then u can play it any time u want =)

guys, i happened to stop by this gameshop in midvalley (the one next to the food court at the top level) to ask about GTAIV preorder, and the boss (fat chinese dude) said that they will have stock within the next 2-3 days and they're selling it for RM220. im still highly skeptical... a full 8-9 days ahead of the release date?? i think the guy is just talking bollocks, but erm, anyone here kind enough to drop by that place again on monday or tuesday just to double confirm?

considering most stores in the US should be getting them in the next few days as well but with a NOT FOR SALE until April 29th, what he says might not be far from the truth.

GTA IV normal and LE will arrived at GH on 28 but they can sell it only on 29th...wat they say to me la..

5 minutes install doesnt mean u will sitting in front of the tv and not doing anything. You will begin life in Liberty City in a container on a ship. The five minutes of install will have a minigame (IIRC) that has you surviving life in a container as a stowaway. Stepping on rats to kill them, stuff like that.

I'm already gearing myself up to buy it for my brother as his late birthday present when it comes out
