I think cause Microsoft doesnt provide server connections, only P2P. That means uber lag if internationally connected.

Sony has servers, so it's mmkay for us I guess.

dude, the source says the game is region locked, nothing on the multiplayer part.

and fyi, the version that local gamers got is PAL UK. it works fine on asian machines. so technically, the article is not very accurate as well with the "totally region locked" statement.
