Grand Theft Auto IV is region-locked on the Xbox 360 only and NOT region-locked on the PS3.

um... correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that NTSC/J , NTSC/U, and PAL stuffs refers to Region Format and not Region Lock?
I mean the Region for X360 games |
