Is it arrogance or is it defiance? Any way you look at it, the seller is losing its jury. whistling.gif

rehashing,

but what proof?
can you deny the possibility that a person might buy something that he already owns (but is damaged), with the intent to get it refunded (so that he will have a brand new one) ?

Bro, ask kokjin99 to send you the image that was taken and check the EXIF. You will be able to see when the photo was taken. If you claim you have seen the photo long time ago, then it will show. Cheers icon_rolleyes.gif

Reverse back:

can you deny the possibility that a seller might sell something that he already used (but is damaged), with the intent to get it sold (so that he will have a brand new one) ?

When u talk about possibility, there will be more than one outcome nod.gif nod.gif

Not supporting anyone, but still hope this one can be solve mannerly notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Dude he can proof that the item is not new and he did not post the same item to sell it at eBay BEFORE he bought it from you.
Did u even read the whole thread?
It's u that cant prove that the item is new.
You merely stated that:
QUOTE
what proof lar? the pictures an easily be taken from his old own case. cant proof he took it on same day. i know its brand new, tell me how can he prove its not brand new? is it possible that its that way when i got it?
is it also possible for someone to purposely buy something that he already has (but damaged) to make use of the opportunity to change and scam the seller?

the onus is on him to prove otherwise.
U know it's brand new?
U have no proof.

Read this:
QUOTE

yes yes he got negative feedback also that i suspect he tried to blackmail the seller or else he gives negative feedback. yeah sure he only buy stuff coz the time he tried to sell 'TAK LAKU'.
technicalities, back then i saw the pictures with it, i dont know if its tied to photobucket or whatever, but some sellers use photobuckets and stuff even for 1 pic. (i didnt got into technicalities before that ebay gives 3 free pics uploads, etc etc)

Brother, without solid prove, words mean nothing, u can`t assume everything w/o prove, not all suspects all guilty loh rolleyes.gif

If u are so certain about your story, please show us some prove, from the eyes of the bystanders here, including me, u are the one who is belitting stories, not kokjin99.

and the photobucket proof is not valid anymore, not that its really proving something in the first place

hello,

it seems i have made a misjudgement. as said, here i make a very public apology for being wrong, so i am sorry kokjin.

it is weird now how i saw those pics b4, but nonetheless doesnt hold water now.

you may return the item in its original box and packaging (although refunds not within my terms, i will offer it this once to close this case)

If buyer accept your proposal, you are already lucky to get away with just a refund after you have made so much fuss here, dude.

I'm not sure how you define "high" but I personally feel satisfied after all our fellow forummer posting here managed to help and educate buyer to at least get a refund from dishonest seller like you.
Btw if you have any personal issue with me, plz do PM me, do not express your dissatifation in a dispute thread like this.

actually i maintain that ive seen those pics. dejavu or imagination or whatever. but the exif says otherwise so i will entertain his refund request.

i was not being dishonest by purpose, and had no intention of cheating anyone, much less to him with something so cheap i even sold below the us retail price. and yeah your assumption and accusation of calling me dishonest too pisses me off, so unless you got something constructive to add, just shut up.

Only God knows if im telling the truth (that it wasnt intentional) and also if i did send it, that i didnt realize the flaws. but i am entertaining his refund request. so, i dont appreciate you calling me dishonest (since you dont really know and only assume too) and i want you to retract that statement.

it was a mistake taken a bit too far by both parties, and im making my peace with him.

Added on March 13, 2008, 8:18 pmand yeah, by that 'personally satisfied' is what i meant by getting 'high'
