I would like to report I have been cheated by a seller called my_oaks. I bought a oakley large metal case from him, upon when i received the item, it already have scratches and I took pic and show proof. Since the seller said no stock, and i ask for change to other type, but in the end i was accused of swapping, and said that i took the pic from somewhere else. He keep accused me that i m spammer and cheated. Pls help. Thanks

i never said you took the pic from another place, if you return it obviously it must have the same damages.
im just saying youve had that all along and want to 'swap' it with the new one i sent you.
however i have a method of determining whether the one you send back to me is indeed the same one i sent to you, so we will see.
as i said, i will refund you according to my will, if i believe u tried to 'swap' it.
that pic is an old pic, ive seen it before, you probly tried to sell it off before.

anyway as mentioned you can try sending back, i can determine whether its the same one or not. if im wrong i will apologize later. if not, well we'll see
