I am in the same situation and currently doing research. No insurance so have to really look around. I hope anyone who has gone for the Cataract Removal Surgery in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor with private specialist can provide me some information.

1) What is the recommended hospital or hospital you used for this surgery?

2) How much did the surgery cost per eye?

So far I found Optimax and Vista to be pricey at abt RM6-7k per eye (bladeless) and not allowed to choose a preferred surgeon unless you opt for a premium priced package. ISEC itself got bad reviews in another thread.

Do share the cost for the Dr Ula mentioned above if anyone is aware.
