Currently AA frequency of consolidating & changing flight tim ing are high...They can change the timing earlier or later by hours...So even 4 hrs also not safe...

Better stay overnite or take bus from JB which is safer although time taken diff story...

everybody can but u cannot? hmssss.. ur line must be very bad...BTW, if this happened few days ago I belip u..but now normal already but too bad, most of the RM0 tickets have been grabbed except bad destination (Jakarta- Malingsis punya pasal) & bad timing...

Yeah as others mentioned, the other thing is airport authority tax for AA. it's only RM6 nia on local airport..that wan u hv to pay no choice...otherwise choose back from Cambodia, brunei or Indon bcos those locations, AA dun charge integrated Tax,,,it's direct charge by those countries airport...BTW, Cambodia charged US$25 tax upon departure hor & Indon Rp 150,000...hehe u dun pay now but suffer later...

CS Chong..why so frust when all of us getting so cheap? No matter how u add up those xtra cost..It's still cheap!...I even willing to add up the nice nasi lemak & also the seat numbers bcos, they do penalise those dun book their seat upfront....They seperate families!!...

Just pay for the convenience fee sajalah..what is debit card also i dun know as i dun own anyh only credit card..but 1 thing for sure, AA tickets getting cheaper!! Last year I book AA FOC fare too but that time having admin charge...So still paying RM60/ticket per pax..retrun for the cheapest ticket, now after they realise the admin fee affecting them, they start charging convenience fee to cover CC chartges & etc..but yet still cheaper thnan their previous admin/handling fee.. and now ppl can get RM22/ticket/way or ~RM30++ if those include the seat...still cheap wat...compare wth last year rate..why still ranting?

I think if u check wth frequent buyers of Air asia tickets including me, they will confirmed how much cheaper AA getting comparing to years ago....I started using AA during their inceptioin ~2001...I was so happy getting Langkawi ticket at ~RM150 cheapest that time..now at current price...u can fly to langkawi net at RM22 return..that's super cheap liao...try asking regulars AA here except those 1st timers & those memang MAS supporter..

However ny saying this, does not mean AA dun have it's shortfall...i.e frequent flight changes, delays, lousy telephone call ctr & etc..but for sure their promotional rate..kenot be challenged liao...

haizz lagi-lagi can't grabbed it..although wth the conveninet fee charged (probably they realised CC co also charrging them 3% liao)...you still get it cheaper than any airline...why still ranting....RM22 inc of convenience to Langkawi not cheap meh? ..Like thnat u can fly wth others liao...

Well OK.. now you cum back to the real issue of AA liao..haha...Apalah discussing on the petty fare which everyone san see it's dropping by years...

Those AA problems such as call ctr, flight delays, staff attitude (Well I kena once mths back) & more are part of AA continous effort to boost their image...Hope they change-lah but so far only few noticeable changes done....& yes they did it b4 such as fixed seating (But those not paying kena teruk-teruk!!..horrible), 15kg consilidated weigh compare to 15kg per pax last time, & few more.

Well, On the staff attitude, I dun have any on their stewardess..luv their dressings...hehe.

But on their ground services, I did hv problem wth them during my recent trip too Tawau...I purposely come early & was 3-5 in the que to check-in & getting my family together...Upon reaching my turn, I told the staff to put my family in a row...and guess what intead of doing so, They seperate 3 of us in diff rows!! I got irritated and ask them to combine & they said computer generated ticket kenot change..Pls goto AA office to buy seat number!! Even I wanted to pay for the seats, they reluctant to change for me & ask me to goto the office which I dun even know where...& at 5:45am...mana ada bukak!! haizzz...

Well..This is what we said paid peanut getting monkey....but well, poor ppl must travel budget...Can't even affors bus ticket to Langkawi..no worry we buy AA..much cheaper than bus ticket..yeahhh

U dun pay for the seat for sure AA will penalise you..no matter how early u check in..be prepared to be separated

AA so kejam wan...haizzz...I better keep my mouth shut nxt time if I dunwan to prebook seat..the more I ask to be combined, the more they seperate my family!! haizzz

Well, If u dun prebook seat, the best is to keep quiet & dun ask to be seated together...My rude experienced..I came pretty early just to get chances to be seated together & open my mouth asking for it...and what I got? all 3 of us got seperated!!

A month earlier, I came pretty late just 45min b4 flight, I dun ask for the seats but atlest 2 of us got to be seated together...

So pay abit to get seating...Now worry me...bcos I dun pre-book again..
