For downlight, is it each downlight 1 lighting point?

i got quoted Rm70 per point, and rm95 for led downlight + hole and installation.

That's rm165 for 1 downlight.

Rm100 for 13A power point.


is this normal?

My house is 2sty 20x65
My friend quote me RM5500 for
Living Room (L Box)
Dining Room (Got design)
Kitchen (plain)
Guest Room (plain)
1st floor family hall + staircase area (plain)
Master Room (plain)
(Note that my ceiling is quite high for 2nd floor)
I calculated i think total area around 1300 to be plaster ceiling.

Expensive or normal ya?

Hi all sifu, my plaster ceiling contractor told me to have my wall painted along with the plaster ceiling coz the wall will get dirty during the installation.

What if i did not do the wall painting? will it be very dirty and stained all over my wall? Any solution if i dont do wall painting

How do you line the T5 lighting on an L Box plaster ceiling? Just one electrical cable needed?

I wanna know how much it will cost to do the living and kitchen area only. Or maybe whole unit if the price within my budget.
Is it okay if i only do the plain for whole unit?
Is the cost will include the wiring and light point?
Do i buy the downlight myself or the contractor will include in the bill?

How it works., 1light point for 1downlight?

Can help me where shud i put the lights point for downlight?
