Its not fair to say CE racist. I've seen EE who are too. It's more urban vs kampung mentality really. Kampung folks don't see too much of other races and so get intimidated or extremely not used to dealing with other races.

One thing that is common in CE is conservative thinking.
Just think about how some times urban malays regard kampung malays as narrow minded, kolot etc...that's what it essentially is - kampung/provincial thinking. Again it could be a urban vs kampung issue.

Note: Racism here doesnt mean KKK type of racist which is extreme display of belief that one's ethnicity is supreme to others

oh man... to just categorize people as racist due to their education system is just silly. I was Chinese educated, and my friends from those days are NOT at all racist. They may be more reserved and traditional, but NOT racist lar.

Nowadays I hang out with more English educated people (more natural for me since I grew up in an English speaking home) and neither are these people racist. They're generally more open, and can accept more outrageous things, but they AREN'T racist.

I have to agree that EE have bigger egos >_<
I know of CE guys complaining that EE girls LanC,
The moment the girls knew that the guys are CE in ICQ,
The girls would immediately say, bye... lolz

But I find CE people to be more hardworking than EE =/

I have to agree, in assignments, you can say they work hard and have the attitude of "never say lose/die", they will also work to the end, and achieve the goal

on-going debate on the education system..
puik on malaysia education system..

i listen to chinese songs, watch too much of HK/Taiwan/Korea dramas and speak cantonese more than english.. so what even if i'm from sek. keb?
as long as i am able to have productive conversation with my partner, eng or chinese ed also takde masalah.. it is not a matter of preference for me.. but of coz, good in both languages is an added bonus..

ps: personally i think mandarin is so much more romantic than english.. haha.. wub.gif it's much more tender and soulful..

but Japan's suicide rate is one of the highest.. though our edu system is lousy but we should be thankful we're not stressed and pressured like the Japanese.. "One Japanese suicide every 15 minutes".. icon_question.gif
