as i remember persuasion, lets say you are attending a seminar on being environmental friendly to factory operators

who should you employ as your speaker?
a) an environmentalist?
b) another factory operator who practices environmental friendly methods?

although asking an environmentalist is a good thing, as he is most likely to be more knowledgeable on these things, but in this situation, b ) would be likely a better choice as people would like to listen to the field they are more likely to be involved in and listen to them comparing to a phd holder...=)

Put it this way, the most profound way to describe the method of persuasion, is to show to OTHERS that we're INTERESTED with them. Trust me bro, i believe you will get the idea

Nope. Have you tried writing a persuasive speech? There are certain things you must do.
Persuading someone is the act of trying to convince someone to believe what you believe, do what you do. Not showing the big picture or asking repeatedly or whatever it is you just said it is.
