yes...i agreee with nonexno...my advise is to go for work out ather than take pills. Pills may be hazardous to you. Why not visit a physician first. Maybe one of those in specialist hospital. It's not diet pill. And I've stopped taking it for quite some time and i'm still the old self me .. no bombarding or wudsoever .

I don't think taking diet pills is a wise choice..you have to bear with the side effects..Regular exercise and consistent diet will help although the results is slow..but it safe..prevention is better than cure..

i tried asking for the pills in pharmacies but they wouldn't sell to me they'll only sell to those with a prescription

Added on August 24, 2008, 1:56 ambtw, i took xenical when i was young, around 12, and i got myself a mild liver problem, according to my family doctor....trust me, xenical is used once in a while and not taken like a supplement. And its side effect is shit oil, but if u dun take extra precausions like drinking loads of water and monitor ur health, u might have the same prob as me

Ive tried duromine. A strip costs around RM 35-40 -30 tabs i guess. It acts as a food supressor..So you wont feel hungry.. I did loose 5kgs in a month ( tabs + workout ).BUT i really hate its side effects..First, you wont be able to sleep,worst is you'll have bad headaches which could be really disturbing. Then i stopped & put on more weight than usual.. im sick of going on diets/ eating healthy..

reductil only makes you feel full fast. it does not suppress your appetite. try with 10mg first for beginners. pls drink a lot of water.
