If there's good money to be made, everyone can change their attitudes in a whim. Not so hard for DC at all I believe. tongue.gif

But first, lets see how DC universe performs. And then everyone needs to think again of the right Joker to portray once more. haha.

Geoff Johns Confirms DC's Lack Of Plans For A Justice League Movie!

He also offers some updates on when we'll see the trailer for Green Lantern, whether he'll write any episodes for the animated series based on that character and promises that Superman will punch someone in the upcoming reboot...

At "The Spotlight on Geoff Johns" panel which is currently taking place at the New York Comic Con, Comic Book Resources are providing a live update of what the critically acclaimed comic book writer has to say including his thoughts on the upcoming movies from DC and Warner Bros! Here are a few excerpts from their report where the writer talks a little more about his involvement in projects like the Green Lantern animated series and live action movie as well as the chances of the JLA making their way to the big screen.

[img][/img]

On The Green Lantern Movie:

Johns then ran through the "Green Lantern" movie teaser posters and said, "If you love the 'Green Lantern' comics now, you're really going to love them next year." He added that the trailer will debut with the new Harry Potter movie.

On The Plans For A Justice League Movie:

Asked about the possibility of shared-universe films á la Marvel, Johns said, "I'm going to speak frankly: I think our characters are bigger than Marvel's." He said that he'd rather spend time building each character on his or her own rather than "smashing them together."

On Green Lantern: The Animated Series:

Asked whether he would write episodes of the "Green Lantern" animated series, Johns said, "Right now, no, because I need to sleep."

On The Flash Movie:

Asked about a "Flash" movie, Johns stuttered as if there was much he couldn't say, before concluding, "That would be cool."

On The Upcoming Superman Reboot:

On the topic of the next Superman movie, "I don't think you can hope for much more than Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder," Johns said. "He'll be punching something."

I think it's fair to say that the chances of a JLA movie are now looking more and more grim. With the recent news that the company plan on focusing on "standalone experiences" and now Geoff Johns (who is heavily involved in both Green Lantern and Flash as well as several other live action projects) saying the same thing, we might have a long time to wait until we see our favourite DC heroes together on the big screen. Thank God for Marvel, eh?

THERE IS GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS FOR ALL JUSTICE LEAGUE FANS!

source http://collider.com/justice-league-will-beall/171321/

GOOD NEWS
1. After seeing The Avengers earning so much money WB hired Will Beall (Gangster Squad) to write a Justice League movie!
2. THE FLASH will be scripted by Marc Guggenheim & Michael Green and directed by Greg Berlanti
3.WONDER WOMAN to be written by Michael Goldenberg

BAD NEWS
1. All the above names were involved in Green Lantern.

So if all of u were WB execs how would you choose to proceed with the Justice League?
Would a Justice League without BATMAN work? Hell would Reynold even don the ring again?
Wishful thinking but I can't wait to see Batman's interactions with Green Lantern.

Sebenarnye...

The reason Christopher Nolan says this 3rd Batman is his last..

.. is because they want him to direct Justice League..

*wishful thinking haha*

His Batman cannot be blended into Justice League. Nolan's Batman is too dark and semi-realistic. It wont fit if we include an alien from outerspace, some dude who earned superpower from space cop corp, a guy who suddenly can run fast after strucked by lightning and a princess from advanced civilization.

blardy copycats...though I actually prefer Justice League over Avengers...still don't support them with copying Avengers style.
They should've done something else much earlier.

Without Bale as Batman, this shit can fark off..

They need to reset the franchise again with a more charisma person instead of just simply find some unknown and try to fit him into this JL

Justice League should just stick to its cartoon movies. That's really good enough for me. Their cartoon movies are superb.

Unfortunately there is more chance Spider-Man appearing in Justice League then Bale. But I'm sure they will find another worthy person to don the cape.

let's start guessing smile.gif
Bale is the best though. That voice change of his when he dons the cape is excellent for the movie.

I know right! I don't know why soooo many people are complaining about it! It's like they are trying too hard to find a flaw. I couldn't see Armie Hammer as Batman thank god the last Justice League film didn't come to fruition.

Warner Brother is developing a SHAZAM film. Before I read the mini comics behind the new 52 Justice League. I thought the character name/design and everything about him is cheesy or stupid. But after I read the mini comics I found out here could be a good magical adventure/superhero film about the importance of family in it. I didn't know SHAZAM isn't even the hero's name!!!

QUOTE
With the Batman trilogy winding down and Superman returning to theaters next summer, plans to put more of DC Comics' superheroes on the bigscreen are coming together nearly three years after Warner Bros. took back control of characters.

This week, the studio revealed it tapped "Gangster Squad" scribe Will Beall to revive "Justice League," which WB unplugged in 2008, and hired Michael Goldenberg (one of the many writers of "Green Lantern") to pen "Wonder Woman."

Those projects now join in development films based on the Flash, Aquaman, Green Arrow, Lobo, the Suicide Squad and Shazam. DC and WB are also facing a decision on how to reboot Batman once "The Dark Knight Rises" completes Christopher Nolan's take on the caped crusader, featuring Christian Bale in the cowl.

Studio is figuring out whether to bring back Ryan Reynolds as the Green Lantern in a sequel to last year's actioner or relaunch the character in a completely new way. Goldenberg ("Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix") was brought on board in 2010 to write the screenplay for the sequel, a year before the first film bowed.
