rakuten charge me RM10 to transfer out a share,
do HLE charge for any incoming shares?
planning to switch platform liao...
have missed too many boats using rakuten
hong leong ebroking, anyone call me more about this ?

Was told we can apply for IPO in HLE, but I can't find the function there, any idea how?
