anybody know any way to read transaction news base on the stock, like big institution buy or dispose transaction news.

Taonline got ler, I thought selling/buying in a big block will need announcement, this is what I am looking for.

can anybody tell me whether how to see whether our brokerage fees is basing on per contract or order basis?
