no.. hlebroking did not offer direct CDS account, that was what my remisier told me..

anyone know where is the easiest way to apply for direct CDS?

I may be apply thru itradecimb.

Added on September 25, 2009, 9:52 pmwell, i guess for KLSE trading, hlebroking is the best with reasonable brokerage fee, Rm12++. prompt customer service and everything in order.

for US broking, if you can pay enough, use OptionExpress.
let's say if you want a cheap one, use Sogotrade (USD3), but you will found no or least customer support.

I am hong leong share trading supporter, however, i don't understand why they don't want to do Direct CDS business? now we have to apply somewhere else..

U can apply for Direct CDS Account at HLeBROKING. The reason ur remisier want u to open Nominees CDS Account is to protect own liabilties. rclxms.gif

RHB not supported is it???

https://www.hlebroking.com/v2/aboutus/faq4.asp

Even in this page, download the FAQ, no mention of RHB. Only CIMB, PBB, MBB and Hong Leong themselves.

Hi andrekua.

If I'm not mistaken, you can transfer the fund to any of those bank accounts specified in the faq via IBG if u r transferring from RHB.

I suggest you keep the receipt of your bank-in and scan/email to HLeBroking Helpdesk for their forward action.

hope it helps
