Well, i think he's not "tech-savvy" guy la. From what i read, his "PINK" ibook is KO, can't boot. And assuming that he has no knowledge to get the hdd out or what.
Logically, if you got such "data", i bet you sure will get the hdd out no matter what or find a way to delete those "data". Don't know how? Google it la, dumb
