Not asking you to buy or sell. Just to remind you that big U.S. investment banks next week are expected to report more losses when they issue first-quarter results. So dunno if the market will drop or not. smile.gif

The crude oil price keep going up, currently trade at 110.06. What contribute to the price hike ? Demand outweigh Supply ? Weaken in $US ? or Some rich ******* 'goreng' it ?

QUOTE
A fractious Wall Street rebounded from an early plunge to finish moderately higher Thursday, after Standard & Poor's predicted financial companies are nearing the end of the massive asset write-downs that have devastated the stock and credit markets.

If this is true, then the market start to recover.

Hopefully tonight Fed Chairman Bernanke Speaks will announce good news to boost the US market.

But looking at current DJ futures, -47.00. It doesn't look good.

Top 5 investment banks of US will announce their earning report next week, key indicators like PPI and Housing Starts will tell if US in recession. I guess even Interest Cut by Fed will not help on next week market. Expecting more sharp free fall on coming week.

Bear Stearns shares plummeted $26.43, or 88 percent, to $3.57, well above the $2 per share offered by JPMorgan Chase & Co. over the weekend. Tomorrow market sure going for a free fall.

Wondering what news that bring DJIA from -160 to -24. Everybody was thinking DJIA will plunge severely tonight.

Most probably about rate cut, not sure if the uptrend can last for the day.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc is expected to report first quarter earnings of $2.58 per share, a decline of 61 percent, on revenues of $7.47 billion, a 41 percent decline.

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc is expected to report earnings per share of $0.72, a 63 percent decline, on revenues of $3.351 billion, a 34 percent decrease

Wondering if tonight rate cut can cover the above bad news or not.

DJ futures already at +83...

Good news : Rate cut
Bad news : Earning result from Lehman n Goldman

Dunno which one will dominate over the other.
