Ur iZZi account kena capped izzit??For ur guys information,next time if u guys feel the speed slow please disconnect your current iZZi account then try use this account username:izzi password:izzi123 to check the speed.

try to use it without antenna and check the signal again.

Then probably is base station problem i think.dont be surprise because i also encounter same problem with u sometimes.Most probably at this time consider "happy hour(2am-6am)"and most of the izzi users at ur area are drag the bandwitch from the basestation and thats why the signal&speed slow.But anyways this statement juz based on my assumption la,u might treat it as ur reference ennuf hehe

The slow speed issue that i experience with iZZi are based on below few factors
1)Area congested
2)Blind spot area
3)Signal weak

For ur information,taman midah area only have 1 basestation which located somewhere around Plaza international college there and i assume maybe today ur area izzi user download a bit kaw gua so affect the area connection.Actually this is like a laws of ISP especially for the bandwitch is something like a limited resources for all the isp in malaysia and thats why almost no wireless isp in malaysia can provide unlimited bandwitch except the most wealthier ISP daigoh TM can do it.

In conclusion,on user perspective maybe u can blame ur isp poor managment meanwhile for isp side is their customers is too ganas to drag their bandwitch and they force to throate this and that.

What to do ?sometimes only a line of different between people greediness and the poor managment.

iZZi are based on daily capped for certain hours compare to other broadband that are based on month capped for certain days.U can refer back this previous thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/636572/+1020

p/s:my izzi can use VPN already

1.Bullshit ur place nearest bs is around plaza international college/tesco there la.what the hell connect to the mines bs =.=".If the phone operate talk this bullshit to me i definitely *** him kaw kaw.

2.Actually i not sure whether taman midah congested or not but as the speed ur mentioned before is still acceptable la compare to other area like sunway or subang ur speed is much more better.

3.For ur information,izzi BS only cover up to 13km radius for an area and i assume even ur izzi terminal not connect to taman midah BS the second choices BS will be either Taman Segar or Alam Damai there.It is doesnt make sense if ur modem getting signal from the mines there because is too far.

Well,my little suggestion is every time u relocate ur modem please disconnect and connect again to check again the speed.


p/s:my VPN was increase my torrent speed as well surfing speed to internation sites

I think so coz VPN juz like a by passby tunnel for internet traffic not for main internet connection leh.

sorry,i m not interesting on USB modem and i only interesting on iZZipro modem

iZZi can use VPN but the only thing u need to block all the izzi utility on startup program and have to create a new PPPoe connection to connect izzi because the default program izzi dialer make u cannt use VPN.

p/s:i am using VPN+izzi/streamyx now and the speed for both is good especially torrenting and surf international sites

sunway area is already slow since long time ago in my mind =.=" Frankly speaking,i dont encourage u to reload long term subscription rather than monthly basis unless izzi plant another base station at the area 1st
