Actually I'm a born ecto too. But people don't believe me when i tell them i was a skinny 55kg guy before i started working out. Those people who tout 6 packers should take a before and after progress pic. Then they'd start crying at the sheer amount of LBM lost at the expense of rushing it. Slow cut > Fast cut.
