Looking at their information, they say they're 6 years in the travel industry but you could not find their name being registered with Matta. Mentioned on the web page that they have 100000 deals but when you click it, you only see less than 10. So suggest to avoid it. Always go for a reputable one.

Avoid Airlink as used to be no ethical, will always inform you to change package due to "insufficient peoples", whereby is BS as they would combine and select the highest margin package amongst all they had.

Need advice urgently for Balkans tour under SA tour- Sri America Travel Sdn Bhd in Bukit Bintang.

I intend to book next year Apr 2018 which they have 4 schedule of that month,March 3 departure date n May 4 departure which I am afraid they can't form the minimum of 15 persons of my selected date.

I understand most of the tour agents will rearrange the departure date with most bookings recruited.

Now, SA tour told me the date I selected already have 6 persons which they think will be able to make it.

Any suggestion or past experience with this company going to Balkans?
