anyone booked guided tour from 12fly.com.my before?

Would appreciate if any1 could give some feedback on this travel agent. I want to book a room in a resort in Pulau Tioman. Salang Pusaka resort. But failed to find a direct website of the resort. Cant find any contact either. So I came across this website pulautioman.com.my and tried booking from them. But this is my 1st time booking from an agent. I usually book directly the hotel i wanted to stay.
