Yeah, I'm looking forward to use clutch and shifter.
*
Then go for G27 but after playing with DFGT, using a 900 degrees wheel without sequential knob shifter is quite difficult especially when you're turning and you need to shift the gear, sometimes you might press the wrong flap

Lol, if that's the case, G25 is a good one for you. Have got sequential option when H shift pattern is not in use.
*
Ya I know, I'm just telling you tongue.gif

If you get G27, there's no sequential shift knob, and you might press the wrong butterfly flap when turning your wheels several times.

Ya, set 100% tongue.gif

Come on, DFGT only has one FFB motor, G25/G27 got 2 force feedback motors and some people still complain FFB not strong enough LOL

I find 50% tough, just upped to 30% slowly gonna get used to it smile.gif 20% feels like power steering. Dont you find the wheel turning by itself annoying?
*
Without force feedback you can't 'gauge' the grip level of the road biggrin.gif

I found DFGT for RM369 before from game shop. The PM is burried in my inbox somewhere.
Haha, it is very hot selling. I got like 3-4 enquiries in the hour I put it up for sales but some are offering RM130. So I sold to the person who gave decent price and he has genuine interest to buy. As you can see, some people mentioned it is still too expensive.
The x64 driver has bugs with rFactor, at least from my observation. Sometimes the FFB light just goes off after I leave my pit. Then I would have to exit rFactor and open Logitech Profiler, and get into that screen where it shows the pedal and wheel position to calibrate. Some other games like LFS work fine though.

@Invince_Z....pictars!!!??

My new buttkicker placement. The metal frame is all  rectangular so Ive done some mod to properly clamp the buttkicker to a cylindrical mount.

Actually instead of using buttkicker, maybe we should just get a big subwoofer and place it under the seat with the woofer facing your ass laugh.gif

tanx guys for all the recommendations.. but i'm somewhat dissapointed with DFGT's so called paddle shifters. they're just buttons right? sigh.. i need something with more decent paddle shifters actually. like momo one will do. huhu..
*
QUOTE(shirley_andy @ Oct 24 2010, 10:08 AM)
Oh ya, u reminds me of DFGT's paddle shifters, which are not flappy.. I think that's the only flaw it got..
*
It's not too bad, the buttons spring are very strong, so it helps you to downshift quickly, where in a momo, I cannot downshift as quick as I downshift using the 'button shifter' on DFGT

Btw guys, any of you use the Logitech Profiler to macro the keys? I tried to macro the keys but when I press it, it doesn't really work in the game, as in maybe only the first 2/3 of the actions in the macro are performed
