haha...been listen to beyond since this morning.

the nice thing about their song is that it not all about lover's love.
their theme is so wide making it worth to listen to every lyric they sing.

I only started appreciating Beyond during my late teens, but I still remember clearly how devasted my friend was when Ka Kui passed away. She literally collasped and sobbed in the classroom the whole day - we have to bluff our teacher and say something happened to her family.

Anyway, I attended Beyond's concert the last time they were in KL. I got goosebumps when they use a projector to project an image of Ka Kui onto the human sized screen and sang a song together.

I still recall the funeral.
IIRC, they put his guitar in his coffin.

let me start with the song "qing yan" or "lover" as translated in english. when i first heard this song, i do not really understand the lyrics cause it's too "deep". i can only understand a few sentence in the song. but after the translation, this is really a sad song!

'Escape from Hong Kong Island' (2004)
All three(3) remaining Beyond members acted in that movie.

The drummer as an office colleague.

Well..I have most of their original CDs and VCD,DVD concert..

My all time favourite songs are 無悔這一生,光輝歲月,灰色軌跡,遙望,早班火車,情人,總有愛,遙遠的 Paradise...and many more..

For concert video, 96'Live & Basic is a must watch for rock fans..especially 金屬狂人. 2005 Live Story was 'touching' as it was their 'Last' concert.
Sad that they never have Live 05 in malaysia as Paul and Steve had some misconception issues between them..Let's hope that they will be togehter again and bring us Beyond 25th Anniversary Live.

I heard that Beyond (Yip Sai Wing since he owns the rights) is coming to perform at Queensbay Mall's Countdown Concert this 31 Dec 2010.

I do not know who owns the BEYOND name. It just that 3 of them have not perform together since 2008. Paul and Steve just perform together recently at Sarawak.
