yeah i know what you mean. and sometimes the colors get all mixed up. sometimes cannot see the text well on the screen and stuff like that.

really. your phone keeps restarting at loading page. or coreplayer keeps restarting. if its your phone then you know what to do.... UPDATE. and reinstall the firmware.

or

you could take the battery out and leave it for a few minutes. make sure the memory is really really cleared.

i mean like is there anyway to completely remove the today thing? cause i just want the icons below. heheh

contrary, this biz stdby Today makes me  think of sthg to fill ie calendar, task, notes etc. just to feel productive lol

actually, indirectly, it does helps abit; a persistent reminder. i put task to wish a fren which ive been long procrastinate. the persistent task-(1) finally took me to call her up one day when i was idling outside

anyone,

last night, i (apparently) install one myself capswitch, sis installer and xboxicon pack all with al the mbm rsc files in side to the sys/bin, but not all the standby and menu icons change so some r xbox icons ,while some, well, default. i deleted the xbox's mbm n rsc files in bin, restart and they remained no matter i already changed to default theme.

(1) now my icons r most freak of nature, a mixture! wud appreciate if hear how to reverse the process ie clean the unwanted icons previously installed.

(2) ohya, wud like to know also how to avoid this happen in future ie only install icon.sis, etc

ohyeah, the xbox theme look more cacat on my phone than on images i saw on net (which is sharp), i deduced that most theme r not as good looking as u c on the net, just mho! unless a totally super complete theme.

okay my phone cant turn on anymore. so how do i re-flash or reformat or install firmware? someone please help me.. thanks 

actualy kinda fed up with themes now, few themes installed, some ticks or some words will be unsuitable color or worst, same color as the words or ticks as the theme background.

id go for just icons now. over 100s of pages, still nobody comes up with good icon technique, simple one

gettin bored of the g900 eh . im aware of the 5800XM prior to this and acknowledge its pretty extensive power n connectivity, attracted to it. its a full touchscrn without the qwerty or slide, no? but i must stick to old habit- keypad! lol esp. when driving tht time

how much is the xm btw.
on the g900, guys, instead of shortcut for ur alarm (save 1 slot), tapping the time at ur standby, will bring up the alarm clock setting also.

For IphoneLock, the missing of backlight can be solved by changing Power Saving from 1 to 0, right?

And a noob question too, i noticed that we cant tick our favourite songs into playlist from file manager right? Instead of get into media and tick our songs 1 by 1....different with walkman series...

... um what is so super about the iphone lock thing anyways. does it just lock/unlock.... i mean.... so much trouble for this software ke.

back light 0% my one can go to 0% . the only thing is.... whats the point. cannot see much at all.

power save can set tu 0 myb i miss this one can u tell us how to do that coz i think min is 1

how to change this power saving?
i went into settings>>display>> backlight.

then there is only an option to check.... power save enabled. how to change it like you guys are saying.

erm...guys just can go to the D:shared/iphonelock folder, and you will found 3 items which are skin, skin icons and 1 document.

open the doc and search for power saving, edit it to 0.

btw, fyi, i just found this on other forum...

my iphonelock is running smoothly without any problem at the moment. no backlight problem etc. im not sure if its ok to share the file here

Same here. I wasn't planning to buy a touchscreen phone at the beginning, but this one had a touchscreen AND a keypad and its as big as a normal feature phone.

5800 has a new OS, that's good, but now only Nokia seems to make new Symbian phones.
Sony Ericsson might make new ones, but it looks doubtful, especially since they joined the Open Handset Alliance (Android).

Maybe the rest of the world is moving on, but I NEED a keypad

i wonder whats the front camera  (rear is where the flash is)  doin there since there seem no option to use it.

Well, you might have heard of the mobile OS made by Google called Android. Currently there are only 3-4 phones with the Android OS, but its expected to increase greatly. SE has only joined it, but since they have joined it, they probably plan to release phones with that OS.

It is possible SE will continue with Symbian too...now S60 has parts of UIQ in it.

But anything I say is just speculation. Don't believe me
