what do u feel when your period comes?

i feel unstable with my emotion ... and easily pissed-off

am i normal?

You are perfectly normal don't worry. This is the period where hormonal change will happen and not to mention the discomfort that you have to put up with during the menstruation.

On this issue, my gf sometimes has abdominal pains when she's having her period.

Is there any way to PERMANENTLY overcome this or do i have to keep a ready stock of medicine?

Disconfort during or few days before period is bsolutely normal. This is what we called PMS ( PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME ).
Symptons such as abdominal pain, some discharge ( transparent ), unstable emotion, tireness are very comomon.

But, if you still experience some episode of pain at the end of period, and with heavy period, please talk to your GP OR GYNAE.

AS per my gf told me.

Try to eat more healthy foods, such as fruits, and stop taking cold water or etc, few days before you expect the period to come.

This way, you can lowered the pain, etc.

Another thing was to stay as healthy as you can. There's actually no pantang when period come, if the person is healthy enough, even drink cold drinks during period come is no matter at all.

My symptoms is always different when my period is coming. The worst will be having fever a week before and terrible cramp on the first day. The best is nothing wrong, and it just come without noticing any difference.

then...if a period late for 2weeks plus is it possible ma ??

i got these kind of symptoms few days ago..take how long the period to come when the symptoms show ?? cause usually i didn't late this long..kinda afraid

It is normal... for me and my gf.. her period late for almost 3 weeks after our first time.. This is because she is under pressure like keep worrying whether she is pregnant or not and also the pressure of the work.

Then i told her to get a pregnancy test kit to try.. If the result is negative, then she can relax alot..

then after the test, her period come ahh?? so lucky err..me now still sked..

try go nearest pharmacy or guardian there to buy.. bout rm 20+ for a good one to test..

Also, because u worried too much, tat is why ur period late..

maybe due to college exam on end of January ba..i continously 1 week plus every nite oso sleep 2-3 /3-4 hours onli...aihh..

my hubby say he din shoot inside le..should be ntg rite.. ?? although he did it many times laz month...sry for asking much..i am a newbie is tiz.. =(

My gf uterus normally pain when period coming. He maybe didn't shoot inside but u need to know tat guy's penis will give out some "cum" or "lubrication" which people claim might hav some sperm in it.

But dun think so much first, just use ur pregnancy test kit now and give us ur result, the more u wait, the worst the situations are.

I don't feel pain, i just found out that i am hot tempered for me thats all =)....

hmm...for my case..the usuals lor...expand here..expand there, mood swings, anger, cravings..bt at the same time...i'll always feel very exhausted..if it pains even worst..i barely wanna move at all ~_~

n actually, i think i can control mine..cz u see..there are times when im having heavy flow..and then i've "conveniently" 4gotten my pads...i jz gulp half a cup of cold water n thats it...the flow slows/minimize bt of course..i'll get scoldings from my mom n the chinese doc la..cz they say very risky

neways to get rid of the pain i heard some of my friends say taking evening primrose oil helps.

i would recomend Efamol rigel since its the original and also its GLA content is higher
but it is very expensive and it uses gelatin capsules which most vegetarians and also buddhist and hindu's cant take (gelatin = Cow)

If you've safe sex, chances of you getting pregnant is low. So, nothing to worry about. It's normal if your period is late. If you think you may be pregnant, then do a pregnancy test.

For me,when my period comes i didn't feel much pain. Just a lil discomfort then it will be gone on the following days,having a cold drinks before period is a no-no for me I'll be rolling on my bed in pain Emotions will changed too,become extremely sensitive & will easily irritated with minor things But well,different people different kinds of signs lor..
