im staying at casa idaman for a few months, what i can comment is - the satisfaction of living just average.

i hate the bridge that connected to jalan ipoh, every weekdays, jammed from 6.50am - 9am. i spend 15 minute to que and exit to the main road, and another 10minute (if lucky) to exit to jln kuching (25 minutes for 1.1km distance). Every morning ..

1) wake up a bit stress because of the continuously car honking coming from pprt in the early 6.30am
2) Barking sound from neighbour dogs. so annoying..
3) uncivilised people living under the same roof - 2 out of 3 new lift wall got inappropriate picture to see. after repaint still happen the same thing.
4) Easy thieve target. because its located next to pprt that have many police cases before, so it will effected the area near it and the security so loose. anyone can enter the premise anytime. i also experiencing myself when someone shut down the water supply from the main pipe out side in the early morning. Logicaly i need to go outside and turn it on again, anything can happen once i open the grill door (many cases like this reported lately) . as a caution i ask security to come and turn it on for me.

above all that, the only things that keep me stay is the location, its convenience. 5 minutes drive to Giant, tesco, gombak, 10 minute to jln tar, heart of kl, 5 minute to enter duke, easy to find food stall and every tuesday; Thursday got Pasar Malam. But personaly for a long term stay, i definitely will find a better house call home.

to add on:
1) noisy "pprt musical band" play every weekend nights till 12am.
2) pprt ppl are nuisance. 3am making bike noise like aholes. can we shoot them? they uneducated just like me.. but
3) my own neighbors so call eduated? drive big car bla bla.. can't even throw rubbish properly and not polite to even hold the lift for others or say thanks when hold the lift for them. maybe its a culture from a certain "type" of ppl.
4)all in all. please dont consider staying here and leave my life alone thumbup.gif

I'm enjoying it here. even I'm poor guy. I try to make a civilised living.
agents stop pm-ing me or texting me. I'm still not selling icon_rolleyes.gif
thanks
