er.. 1 question a Hexism, u used flash for all your work here? or import/export to, n from photoshop? (or maybe sometime illustrator too?)

em.. best way to start drawing, start by tracing pictures first
 u'll be good in no time if do lots of practicing as this will soften your hand joint (my point of view ) and always remember, best tools always paper and pencil (though u may have drawing tablets, drawing on paper still the best ) |
