Project for my advertising class

Normally is from the 6-7 heads-proportion which are generally considered the 'heroes' type of body proportions that you can see in ancient roman greek paintings/sculpture . Not to forget the somewhat exaggerated anatomy on muscles.

OOO ya sorry for the mistake but after skimming through my anatomy book , 7 1/2 is not considered below average-ish. 8 is the idealistic one , 8 1/2 for fashion and 9 for heroic statures. No mention of 6 heads , guess we're all too short by western standards ... bloody white giants.


Btw noticed that the head-crotch length is always 4 heads , basically means tall peoples only have longer legs

@ SpecGen .If you're trying to help others , you could at least let them know the parts that need work like perspective,anatomy,light,form,etc etc instead of just going "IF I COULD BE OF ANY HELP .. *draws and posts* " . It just makes you look like an attention whore.



It's not that hard to type for example ; "I think the perspective in your work is a little off , let me do a quick sketch to give you an idea on how you can make it better.."

hee a tad too late for it now , the sickle demon elf dude guy got some nice bashing by my lecturer ; "neck not centered , shoulder too far apart , thigh armor doesn't make sense , ARMS , eyes too far apart , hands and wrist is wrong , hair is too angled . should look something like this ;


Anyways , I'm gonna have to redo this because the pose is too stiff , needz moar actionz

A lot of people use " Oh but its manga styled !" as an excuse for poor proportions and basic mistakes along that line . Real manga artists already have all the fundamentals but just chose to draw manga instead of realism. They don't draw manga because that is the only thing they could draw..
