Just back from cinema....love it! still captured the essense of LOTR!

And didnt felt it was 2hr40mins long...begging for more! laugh.gif

Gonna watch again soon, this time in 48fps. (previously in 3D 24fps)

Anyone watched both and compared? 24fps/48fps...which one u prefer? smile.gif

Yea, there will be an Extended edition for this, cant wait for the 3D BD...now the question, 24 or 48fps on BD?

Watched it in 3D HFR Atmos at GSC 1U

Atmos : the demo is awesome. Seamless surround experience. 4/5

3D : the effects, depth and details are very good. 4/5

HFR : first time watching in HFR, the scenes seems fast forwarding but smooth. I think I would prefer 24fps for the immersive cinematic experience. 2.5/5

Movie : some great action sequences, more details into Middle Earth, great Smaug. 3.5/5
