exactly.GDP and ZLG. good designs and theyre growing as we speak. two options :

either get a part3 partner.

or

have enough money to hire a part 3 to be the submitting architect (the legal portions of a development)

heck, my firm is working this way. the second option.still works, projects are pouring in.haha

and what exercise might that be? whats the focus.whats the building?

we need more information from you regarding the exercise for us to be able to give insight and suggestions.
