with a right setting and other hardwares, u can hit around 3.75ghz for benchmark.. in my case 3.6Ghz is the ideal speed for 24/7 bcoz I can use quite low voltage setting..

vpll 1.5
vfsb 1.2
vnb 1.31
vdimm (1800) 1.8v
