Yes DiGi users also will kena that "call forward" message..
OK, this is for 1.1.2 iPhone:
The elegant solution would be to NOT use iWorld, modify the AppSupport to properly support Malaysia numbering format, and then create a plist for whatever carrier you're on.
also create the symlinks of the MCC/MNC to that plist .
I think there's a page in hackint0sh that describes how to do it step by step.
Look under the keywords of phone.app crashing or SMS.app crashing in 1.1.2
Modifying the plist might be abit tedious at first . but the end result is very rewarding .. u can set your default EDGE settings inside, and also add HTTP links as if your iPhone was "sanctioned" by Apple to be on your carrier.
You can also all quick dial lists , esp for DiGi users to put the *128# via a button access on the phone settings page.
ETC ETC...

i have asked for help some post back, u must be on celcom too, doesnt seem to bother the maxis users. U need to edit your carrier.plist unfortunately it is in binary the file and u need a converter to extract it out. i have a converted one.
Modified carrier.plistUse WinSCP and go to /System/Library/Carrier Bundles/Unknown.bundle/
Backup original carrier.plist and copy over the one you have downloaded.
Remember works well with my celcom line at the moment.
