your clarity will go down with that many layers of cheap tint
1 layer already can see distortion after a few months
3 layers...i scared to imagine

the percentage indication is usually permitted light
so for 70% films, 30% is cut,...70% goes through
the calculations should be like this
1st film = 50% passing = 0.5
2nd film = 70% passing = 0.7
so 1 X 0.5 X 0.7 = 0.35
so 35% of the light gets into the car
this would actually be quite dangerous for night driving, even though it is very nice to drive in the afternoon

rpm ar around 3.5k to 4k some time 5k at night because no car so want to go fast a bit
