This batch of honey is very strong as I told you when I cod you. It is the characteristic of this honey from day one I bought from this supplier. Of course sometimes you do not have this as it depends where wnd when he gets his honey. You place it near the oven, washing machine which heat is generated. That is the cause of the explosion. try to keep in a cool dim place. If not possible put it in the fridge.

keep it in the fridge..honey still can be poured out easily right out from fridge.. my honey popped up like champagne on first day wink.gif
once chilled it should be fine if you keep it outside... but it attracts ants very fast

dear Canopies

it is "Manuka" honey and not "Hanuka" honey. Manuka honey is from NZ and honey is obtained through the wild flowers of the Manuka plant. It is supposed to contain more anti oxidants than any other honey. As far as the prices of honey is concerned, I will not comment on it. If you read through the Q & A on this topic, I am sure you will find the answer to your question. My only comment is "I am not into the honey business" and I sell if there is supply otherwise i am happy just to keep this thread going as long as people are interested.

Have a good Sunday!

Dear laliloo
I am very sori for not contacting you. I was truely very busy since last week. I thought I will do that this weekend of contacting the people on my wait list. Yes, I do have about 15 bottles left. Pl. let me know when you are available. I will be free after this Wed.

Again my apologies. This had never happened but unfortunately, my attention was diverted for a while.

regards

Honestly, the taste and smell of this honey differs from each batch. It depends on what flowers or shrubs the bees collect their honey from. Our Malaysian forest has such a variety that we can never tell exactly where this honey is harvested. If you keep a bit longer, the honey in most cases will change in flavour.
